All of this information comes from the Dice 2020 Tech Salary Report, which is super insightful if you’re looking to have a career in the industry. Alright, so let’s start with the elephant in the room:
1. Salaries per Job – Top 10 Highest Paying Jobs in Tech
These are average yearly salaries for these occupations. Of course, there are many factors that will go into the final number, including the company you’re working for and years of experience. However, this data is excellent for benchmarking and future planning!
I have omitted Data Architect with an average yearly salary of $128,890 because there were less than 100 respondents and so the results weren’t statistically significant. Learn more from the full report!
It’s also important to note salary growth since 2018 – as it shows demand for these specific roles and industry trends. Watch out for that number in the following categories as well.
2. Tech Salary Statistics per State – 10 States with the Highest Salaries
This data is fascinating! Keep in mind though, that these salaries are adjusted for the cost of living in those states.
