👩🏽‍💻#CoderBae is officially a Front End Developer. Last week I accepted the offer !🙌🏽 ⠀ ⠀ • I’ve been really pushing myself with this. Diving into a completely new field with 0 experience was probably one of the most challenging things I’ve done in a really long time. Being a women in tech especially a women of color is super important to me. There’s a lack of diversity in this world and I just want to show other women + girls it’s possible. ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ • You don’t HAVE to have a degree to get started.. you just have to start. This doesn’t just go for tech this is for anything that you want to do! I remember starting my journey and not having as much support as I “thought” I needed. But I went for it anyway! I hope you guys know that you can absolutely do whatever it is you want to! Just stay focused an put in the time. ✨ I just wanted to share a little positivity with you guys cause I know it’s been a rough couple of weeks. ❤️

Eneni has set up her home Robotics Lab!

Congratulations girl, this is huge! Can’t wait to see all of the awesome projects you will build and teaching people how to build a pet robot is such a wonderful idea 😍 Thank you for making quarantine an opportunity for us to learn with you!

Its 7am. Yes I look crazy. And yes, there's a propeller on my head. BUT guess what your girls been upto! Building my own HOME ROBOTICS LAB!!! ☺️ • My electric drill and ESD protection kit arrived yesterday evening whilst my anime-zing friends and I were filming @animeandchilluk (shameless plug lool but yhh episode 1 coming soon 😅🤭). • Can't wait for the other items I ordered to arrive! For my robotics enthusiasts use the code "ATHOME2020" to get 10% off everything on @robotshop 👀 • I was so excited I literally started designing things last night! I've made alot of generic robots in the past but I want to give myself a custom quarantine project to keep me occupied for at least an hour everyday. So with any engineering project the first thing is to choose a problem that you want to solve. • As you guys know, I watch alot of subbed anime and game pretty much everyday. If I get distracted I miss a major bit in the anime or in the case of @callofduty you die 😩 so I deffo want to build something that makes those experiences better! • I've started to create a snack feeding robot at the moment but we'll see…I've also been thinking about an IoT project that automates things in my home and a social media notifier so I dont need to stop mid gameplay 🤔 • Drop a comment if you have any nuisances when gaming, watching anime, maybe studying or any other thing at home and let's see what we can engineer up as a solution 🤔 • Also let me know if you want to learn how to make your first simple robot pet during quarantine! If enough people are interested I'll do a weekly class on Instagram live using @arduino.cc ! I'm pretty biased but personally I think coming out of quarantine with your first robot would be pretty pretty cool 👀 Just saying 🤷‍♀️😂 • As always stay geeky and stay safe guys ❤ • #robotics #roboticengineer #computervision #OpenCV #programmer #tech #engineer #coding #womeninbusiness #softwaredeveloper #womenwhocode #codepeople #developer #womenintech #steminist #blackintech #femaleengineer #pocintech
